Tara brings energy and expertise to every online personal training and corporate HIIT session, helping you push limits safely.

My fitness journey began in my youth with a love for Muay Thai Kickboxing. It was with this sport that I learned that intermittent intensity within a workout hailed the greatest, and quickest results. Since 2005, I have been teaching high energy classes at studio's such as Toronto's Flirty Girl Fitness and Fit Chicks Bootcamp, Tantra Fitness in Vancouver BC, and now exclusively at my own creation, HIIT Fitness. In 2010 I completed my Ashtanga yoga teacher training at Toronto's Downward Dog Yoga Centre, adding a little Yin to all the Yang.

I truly believe in living a lifestyle that keeps you looking great, but more importantly makes you feel even better, both mentally and physically. By incorporating training for strength, balance, flexibility and fun in all of my classes, I hope to bring you both.
